Do any of my Related to Renee via Schantz/Wenger ancestors realize that Wilbur Schantz was a social media maven? I found out that Wilbur was the Stringtown Correspondent for the Washington Journal when he was 19 years old. The year was 1926 and Wilbur was there to report the local goings-on. This is from the Journal on 9 December 1926. Wilbur gave up his social media career shortly after his marriage to Marie Wenger in 1928.
